Sorry about the loooong break since my last post, but I have been very busy, traveling to visit my family and friends in Denmark. Working a lot, as well as playing a lot of poker.
It was very nice being back in Denmark, especially seeing all my family and friends. Besides seeing a lot of familiar faces, I gained about 10 pounds eating a see food diet (I see food, and I eat it). It is not very often I get to eat all my favorite dishes over the course of 3 weeks. Here I tried the best I could getting everything more than once
During my stay I managed to get 3rd in the $109 rebuy on Pokerstars, as well as winning the $50K guaranteed on Full TIlt, profiting more than $25K in the 3 weeks on vacation. Not bad.
Getting back to Vegas, the poker was going my way as well, meaning that I couldn’t take down anything whatsoever, but I managed to get a 50/50 split with my good friend Lars Bonding, just at the right time, taking down 4th in the $109 rebuy tournament on Sunday, and getting 3rd in the Sunday Warmup, for a whopping $90K+ profit on that one day. Really not bad at all.
Since then I have been working a lot with my online advertising agency in Las Vegas called Addvisors. On top of that, I have been trying to keep my heater alive, with less than great results. At least until tonight, where I won the $109 nightly turbo tournament on Pokerstars for another $7400.
Tomorrow, Tom has invited me and Malene on the Lake, and I think Lars and Esther will be joining us out there, for a day of sun, swimming, wakeboarding, boating etc.
Until next time.
Kim
